Schedule:

Week 1: Thursday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Week 2: Friday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
On-Call: 4–5 days per month for call-out coverage.

About the Job:

Looking for a hands-on job where the days go by fast and the work actually matters? C&H Industrial Services is urgently hiring hardworking Industrial Laborers to join our team in Gallatin, TN.

This job isn’t for someone looking to sit behind a desk all day. It’s hot, dirty, physical work — but if you like staying active, working with a solid crew, and taking pride in getting the job done, you’ll fit right in here.

Our laborers help keep industrial facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly every day.

$17.00-$19.00.

What You’ll Do:

Perform general industrial labor in demanding industrial environments.
Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and job site tasks.
Follow all safety procedures and properly wear PPE.
Be available for scheduled on-call coverage (4–5 days/month).
Work closely with your crew and supervisors to knock jobs out safely and efficiently.

What We Provide:

PPE provided (except steel-toe boots) $100 annual boot allowance after 90 days.
Uniforms provided and professionally laundered +$1/hr shift differential for weekend shifts.
