We’re looking for hardworking, safety-conscious Industrial Cleaning Technicians / Machine Operators who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle tough industrial jobs. This fast-paced, physically active role is perfect for candidates with experience in machine operation, warehouse work, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments. 

You’ll operate high-pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment to help keep facilities clean, safe, and running efficiently. $17-$19/hr

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Mission)
  • Operate Industrial Equipment Run high-pressure hydroblasting equipment, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty machines like a pro.
  • Stay Safe, Stay Smart Follow all company safety policies and procedures — safety always comes first.
  • Machine Operator Duties Inspect equipment, maintain tools, and report any mechanical issues or damage.
  • Tackle Tough Jobs Work in demanding industrial environments including extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated areas.
  • Be Ready Anytime We operate 24/7, so flexibility for overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays is important.
  • Communicate & Collaborate Work closely with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
  • Travel & Explore Travel to different job sites and take on new challenges regularly.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
  • Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
  • Pass medical screening and drug testing.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
  • Mechanical knowledge or previous machine operator experience is a plus 
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules and traveling as needed.
  • Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.
