Position Overview:
C&H Industrial is seeking experienced and reliable Insulators and Metal Workers (Metal Man) to join our team. Candidates must have strong industrial insulation and/or metal fabrication experience, be self-sufficient with tools, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have own tools.
- Must have a clean driving record (eligible to operate company vehicles) .
Insulation Experience (Required):
Candidates must have hands-on experience installing:
- Foam glass (cold service).
- Hot surface insulation.
- Pyrogel insulation.
- Cryogel insulation.
Metal Work Skills (Metal Man):
- Ability to cut, shape, and fabricate metal.
- Capable of building large 90° fittings (elbows).
- Experience working with:
- Aluminum (.020, .016) .
- Stainless steel.
Performance Expectations:
- Meet daily linear footage (LF) installation targets.
- Maintain high levels of quality and efficiency.
- Follow all safety and job site standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Willingness to assist with vacuum work when insulation workload is light.
- Work effectively as part of a team environment.
- Remain flexible to support multiple scopes of work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industrial construction or refinery experience.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
